What a fun time! Asa tried solids just after hitting six months and he is a fan! Avocado first, then sweet potato, peas, carrots, blueberries, strawberries, yogurt, peanut butter and just this morning, scrambled eggs... as well as probably a few others I am forgetting.
Asa finds the washer and dryer mesmerizing, which makes my "home office" location in the garage a real win!

He is getting stronger, doing lots of planks and acrobatic wrangling, rolling and bit of pushing with his toes to reach toys!
He likes to cuddle Dada after waking up.
Asa is getting lots of teeth! 4 right now and 3 more are in the process of poking through. He gets some relief from his teether pop and the old family "cold bitey".
In the last week, Asa has gotten to the point where here can sit on his own for a few minutes before falling over. Hence the pillows behind him!
Asa's personality is starting to shine through which is so much fun. He is gregarious and silly- his older siblings make him giggle and chortle all the time, and he has started making funny crinkled eye and nose faces for us in the last couple of weeks.
He is very interested in soccer balls, loves being outside, loves to sing along when we sing, and is extremely excited about books. He likes to know that Mama is nearby and will sound the alarm with some nervous sounding yells if I disappear around a corner.
