What a handsome little face!
He is really enjoying reading short board books these days- some of his favorites are 'I am a bunny', 'Llama llama red pajama', and 'Moo, baa, la la la'. He also plays with toys like his xylophone, garbage truck, or wooden ball ramp for five or ten minutes at a time happily.
He is really starting to enjoy playing and joking with his older sibs- they make him laugh with silly faces, noises and peekaboo. He gets mad sometimes when they are in their rooms and the hallway baby gate is blocking him from crawling to say hello.
Asa's sleep is still.. not great..but we are muddling through and just kinda waiting for the next phase..

Just today I finally dumped a bunch of frozen breastmilk from when I returned to work (3 days before returning home for Covid quarantine). At this point, it seems unlikely that Asa will be apart from us in the next couple of months- at age one he can switch to cow milk. It is certainly a challenge to have Asa at home, as well as the older kids, while B and I work fulltime. But we also see the silver lining of getting to spend this precious first year with him, every day, and having all three kids spend lots of time together every day too. He gets midafternoon walks with Bob, nursing on demand, naps in his crib, and playtime with his family members. Pretty sweet!
