Every morning shortly after she wakes up, makes frantic motions with her hand going towards her mouth, eyes wide, sometimes saying "uh! uh!" or nodding.... this is her telling us that she's hungry.
Me: Sassy, where's the tea?
S: Smiles and points to her teeth
She's also been using "no" with head shakes, or "bye" to exit social situations that she's not comfortable with... nothing if not direct!
Such clever babies!
